1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Multimediad Developers, a Sole Proprietorship registered at 257, Tirupati Society, Opp. the Post Office, Jamjodhpur 360530, Gujarat, India ("Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website www.multimediadevelopers.com and multimediadevelopers.com as well as any other media form, media channel, or related website linked thereto (collectively, the "Site").
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. (b) Third-Party and Affiliate Links: links to websites, products, or services operated by unaffiliated third parties, some of which may be affiliate links through which Multimediad Developers may earn a commission or referral fee if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.
We do not investigate, monitor, or check such Dedicated Sites or third-party links for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, data collection practices, or payment/transaction processes of any Dedicated Site or third-party site. Your interactions with such sites, including any purchase or provision of personal or payment information, are solely between you and that site's operator and are governed entirely by that site's own terms and privacy policy. You access all linked sites at your own risk.
7. NO DATA COLLECTION; PRIVACY; NO COOKIES
Multimediad Developers is committed to minimal-footprint browsing on this Site. Specifically:
• The Site does not use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, analytics tools (including but not limited to Google Analytics), or any other tracking or profiling technology;
• The Site does not require you to create an account, log in, or submit any personal information to browse its content;

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and specifically subject to the local laws applicable in the State of Gujarat.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and reduce cost, you and Multimediad Developers agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: If a dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Fallback Jurisdiction: Notwithstanding the above, for matters that are not subject to arbitration or for enforcement of any arbitral award, the courts located in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions of products or services, pricing references, and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.
14. DISCLAIMER
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL MULTIMEDIA DEVELOPERS OR ITS PROPRIETOR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY DEDICATED SITE OR THIRD-PARTY SITE LINKED FROM IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING HEREIN, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only), OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, DIRECTLY TO MULTIMEDIA DEVELOPERS THROUGH THIS SITE, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Multimedia Developers and its proprietor from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of: (1) your use of the Site; (2) your breach of these Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein; or (4) your use of any Dedicated Site or third-party site accessed through the Site.
17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Visiting the Site and sending us emails constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and rules made thereunder.
18. SEVERABILITY AND MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Multimedia Developers regarding the Site. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term. Multimedia Developers may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at its sole discretion; you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. These Terms shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
